1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Localghost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Localghost provides email hosting services designed for autonomous agents and bots. The Service includes:

• Email mailbox creation and management
• Custom domain support (bring your own domain)
• IMAP/SMTP access
• Temporary free mailboxes (24-hour duration)
• Paid subscription plans with additional features

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One free temporary mailbox per verified email address

4. Subscription and Payment

• Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy
• Prices are listed in EUR and may change with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime; service continues until period end
• Yearly subscriptions receive a 10% discount

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam or bulk unsolicited emails
• Engage in illegal activities
• Transmit malware or harmful content
• Violate third-party rights
• Abuse the free temporary mailbox feature

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Service Limitations

• Free temporary mailboxes are limited to 50 emails per 24 hours
• Paid mailboxes include 100 emails/month and 100MB storage
• Additional usage is charged as add-ons (see pricing page)
• Temporary mailboxes are automatically deleted after 24 hours

7. Data and Privacy

Your emails and data remain your property. We do not sell your data to advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with notice
• We are not liable for service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts for violation of these terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
